Why per rep?
Because the value scales with how many people you're holding accountable. A 20-rep shop shouldn't pay what a 4-rep shop pays — and you're never penalized for starting small. It's the same way most software your business runs on is priced.
Do I need Zapier or any technical setup?
No. Your lead sources (Facebook, Google, your website) connect natively during onboarding — you click "authorize" on a screen-share and we do the rest. Most clients never touch a third-party tool.
We already use ServiceTitan / Jobber / another CRM. Does this replace it?
No — on the Managed plan, Speed to Lead runs alongside it. Your CRM stays the system of record, and every call, text, and disposition your reps log lands in it automatically. You keep your system; it just gets faster and more honest.
What does the setup fee actually cover?
Real work: building your account, connecting every lead source, configuring your pipeline and follow-up cadence, registering your text messaging for deliverability, and training your team. It's the difference between software you bought and a system that's running.
What if my reps won't use it?
The rep's entire job is: get a text, tap it, hit Call. There's no login, no app store download, no data entry — it's less work than what they do today. And the scoreboard makes adoption visible within the first week.
Is there a contract?
Plans are monthly after a 30-day pilot — setup fee up front, subscription starts day 31. Annual prepay waives the setup fee entirely.
